Reporting to the Director of Enterprise and Business Services, this role has a responsibility to ensure consistent management of all Enterprise customer contracts.
This includes oversight of the contract management process, as well as development of specific standards for contract negotiations and document management. This role will also ensure the commercial review of key product or service migrations and the associated planning of implementation.
Proven experience in supplier and customer contract management involving telecommunications, IT products and related services
Previous experience in a contracts related role
Detailed knowledge of IT products and solutions
Knowledge of JT’s business product portfolio
Proficiency in utilising and interpreting financial models and analyses
Solid experience of negotiating terms and drafting contracts
Strong verbal and written skills, and ability to convey complex information in a way that others can readily follow
Knowledge of the tender process including framework agreements
