Our client is looking for an experienced Corporate Administrator to join their expanding global services team.
The ideal candidate will have 2 - 3 years of experience, be ready to hit the ground running and hold or be working towards a level 4 professional qualification such as ICSA or STEP.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to providing administration and company secretarial services to a delegated portfolio of client structures/entities, maintaining relevant registers and drafting minutes and resolutions so a keen eye for detail is key.
