Full Description
The principal purpose of this role is to provide timely, efficient and compliant Corporate Administration services primarily in respect of new incorporations and formations, company secretarial administration and client reviews for Carey Olsen Corporate Services Jersey Limited ("COCSJL") and its affiliates and general administration support to the wider Jersey risk and compliance team.
The successful individual will ideally have previous experience within a law firm and a formal legal education is attractive but not essential. A minimum of 3 to 5 years' trust and company administration experience, with a solid understanding of offshore corporate structures and processes is required and some experience of incorporating Jersey companies, foundations, and limited partnerships through the JFSC MyRegistry would be beneficial.
This is a Category C appointment under the Codes of Practice for Trust Company Business of the JFSC, and as such the post holder will hold a Table 5 Qualification such as the Foundation degree in Finance or the Certificate in Offshore Administration.
