The Country Head role owns the local profitability and stands at the helm of ensuring exceptional service delivery to Gen II clients (non ERM), and orchestrating the efforts of client service teams to align with the strategic objectives of the organization.
By understanding client needs and expectations, fostering strong relationships, managing high performing teams and ensuring the delivery of services that meet or exceed these expectations, the Country Head plays an instrumental role in enhancing client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, as well as achieving operational excellence, driving continuous improvement, and assuming the role of brand ambassador with our teams, regulator and local stakeholders, ensuring credibility and impact.
