Job Title: Creche team facilitator

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Brighter Futures needs a qualified level 3 creche facilitator to join our creche team on a term time, permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join our progressive, friendly and creative team, working with children 3 months to 4 years old. We’re seeking a reliable team player with a passion for working with children.  

This term-time only position offers a rate of pay between £12.88 per hour and £15.09 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.  

Responsibilities:   

• To support the creation of a safe, welcoming, inclusive environment for all families.
• To maintain a positive and friendly attitude with children, parents, colleagues, and visitors.    
  
• To be a positive role model for the children we look after.
• To be aware of Brighter Futures’ policies and procedures and ensure they are adhered to.  

Our creche opening times cover school hours Monday to Friday. The candidate will be required to work flexible hours. We offer training, onsite free parking, all bank holidays off and a competitive salary.
