We're recruiting for a Customer and Operations Manager to join our team within the newly established Airport Operations Centre.
This is a shift working role and there will be a total of four Customer and Operations Manager,'s with one on each shift.
As a Customer and Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our airport terminal and the provision of an exceptional operation and customer service to assist all our passengers. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating activities to ensure the efficient flow of passengers, baggage, and aircraft. Your role will involve liaising with various departments, the APOC, airlines, and agencies to ensure a seamless travel experience for our passengers.
You will have direct people management responsibility for both the APOC and Customer Experience Team.
