Our Front
Office department requires an individual with a professional, bright and
friendly attitude.
Duties will include guest check-in and check-out,
providing a helpful and friendly service to our guests, general reception
administration and security.
A good level
of spoken and written English is required.
Qualifications: Working
towards or completed qualification in Hospitality and/or Tourism would be an
advantage.
Experience: At least 1 year previous experience within Front Office in 4* establishment is desired.
Good customer relations and knowledge of Opera or similar Front Office system is
desired.
A current
clean driving licence to included category D1 is essential.
Skills
A good
level of spoken and written English;
Knowledge
of Microsoft Office, especially word and excel;
Good
communication and customer service skills;
Ability
to work under pressure and excellent time management;
