Digital Marketing Lead and Lecturer
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Lead for our core training and delivery team. We need someone who understands all components of Digital Marketing, with a passion for helping the next generation. The training team have responsibility for teaching and lecturing in Digital Marketing, project management and reporting, alongside delivering all technical aspects of client projects.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGCoach multiple cross functional teams, including designers, coders, project managers and marketers.
Teach and coach a wide range of students from 18 year olds looking for an alternative to university, to those already in work looking to transform their careers.
Assist curriculum leads with grading assessments.
Running various workshops with students.
Plan and implement the curriculum in conjunction with baseline materials; while maintaining an up to date syllabus the reflects latest Digital Marketing trends.
Working closely with the ‘Digital Accountant Managers’ to provide students with meaningful and prompt feedback on their progress and checking quality of student deliverables to clients.
Guide students through the development of real-world projects that will showcase their abilities to hiring managers.
Developing and deliver lesson plans as well as projects for the students to work on that align with the learning objectives as set out in the syllabus.
WHAT SKILLS YOU’LL NEEDExtensive business experience in digital marketing on the client or agency side.
Ability to execute paid/owned/earned digital campaigns in house without support of external agency.
Ability to deliver best in class results with limited resources and budgets.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, and experience in executing campaigns with a proven track of successfully executed campaigns.
