We have a unique opportunity for an experienced HR/People director to lead the People and Values function and provide a full range of Human Resource Services to the CEO, Senior Management Team and employees including advice and solutions to support the delivery of the business goals.

The successful candidate will have experience operating at and working with senior stakeholders at Director and Board level within an organisation, and will be required to put into place the people processes and practices that will underpin success as Durrell continues to grow.

You must have experience of developing and delivering on strategy and be able to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels.  You will ideally have a Level 7 accreditation from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
