The States Greffe is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Education Manager to lead on this key aspect of the Digital and Public Engagement Strategy.
A few key responsibilities will include:
Create and lead the delivery of an Education Strategy that will inform and inspire children, young people and the wider community to become life-long voters.
Provide strategic leadership to the Jersey Youth Parliament, building strong connections with the States Assembly, Government departments, and a range of external stakeholders, to provide opportunities for young Islanders to help to shape the future of Jersey. Safeguarding and governance form an integral part of this work.
Establish adaptive approaches to monitor and analyse the effectiveness of all programmes and activities, taking on board feedback from stakeholders and making appropriate adjustments, to continually improve and achieve the best outcomes.
