We have an exciting new opportunity for an Employee Experience Officer to join our HR team on a full time permanent basis based in Jersey.

You will be responsible for actively supporting the employee experience at JT, bringing to life our culture and behaviours, and helping us make JT a great place to work.

This role will encompass internal communications, organising social events, employee wellbeing activities as well as supporting the wider HR team with talent development and general HR. You will be supported by an experienced HR team to help create those moments that matter to our people.
