Full Description

As a Family Mentor, you will undertake direct work with families with multiple or complex needs to help them make changes in their lives, to build resilience and achieve positive outcomes. You will also contribute to the planning and delivery of parent and other group programmes.

We are seeking applicants with experience of multi-agency working who are passionate about working with families as equal partners. We welcome applications from a wide range of backgrounds and particularly welcome experience with children with disabilities and their families. The successful candidate will join a supportive and friendly team and have excellent training and development opportunities.
