Full Description

You will be responsible for building a strong business relationship with key budget holders and stakeholders to shape understanding of business performance, improve accuracy of accounting practices, and use this information to drive efficiency for both the finance team and operational departments.  

You'll work autonomously, using experience, technical knowledge and  judgement to appropriately decide where time and energy is needed to improve the organisation’s understanding of finances or improve month-end processes.  The information produced by the business partners role (i.e. monthly management accounts, board reports, ad hoc financial reports) will be used by the executive team to inform decision making, consequently accuracy is essential to this role.
