We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Jersey based Finance Department as a Finance Operations Assistant. The successful candidate will complete various administration tasks and be responsible for a variety of activities to assist the Finance Operations Team.
Responsibilities will include inputting new and existing customer direct debit information, keying in weekly invoices, auditing new customers accounts against forms received from our store and assisting the payments team with reconciliations and monthly billing activities.
Qualifications
Candidates will ideally have general office experience in a finance based organisation or finance / billing environment, giving them an understanding of finance and financial implications.
Candidates must have high attention to detail, the ability to prioritise and excellent time management skills. Excellent customer care and communication skills are a must.
