Full Description

We are looking for a new staff member, who can provide a professional administrative service to our financial services clients, working alongside our Senior Financial Consultant to ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely fashion.

You will be responsible for the administration of pension, investment and protection plans. Liaising with our clients, third party providers and colleagues. You will support the completion of new business applications, and review of pension and investment products. Ensuring all internal and external compliance requirements are upheld. To include undertaking CCD checks and updates to our CRM system.

You should have experience in financial services administration, ideally to include pensions (RTS). A good knowledge of Office 365, Word and Excel, with excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.

We are looking for a diligent worker, who is honest and hard working, able to work collaboratively, while being accountable for their own actions and able to prioritise appropriately.  With a willingness to learn, adapt and change to new requirements quickly.
