Based in our Jersey office and reporting to our Fraud & Revenue
Assurance (F&RA) Manager, this role is responsible for organizing and
carrying out the group’s F&RA functions including deputizing for the
F&RA Manager as and when required. Key elements of this role include
data analysis, conducting investigations, writing test plans and carrying out
testing on our new products and services. Essential Experience, Skills &

of working with, understanding and analysing data.
Advanced
level of expertise with Microsoft Excel.
Highly
organised with an eye for detail.
Good
inter-personal skills, and able to communicate with technical and
non-technical individuals.
Educated
to A-level standard with a minimum GCSE Grade C or equivalent in Maths
and English.
Knowledge and experience of working with highly
sensitive and confidential data.
Ability
to understand complex product specifications.
Experience of working with Word and PowerPoint 2010+.
Experience
of fraud investigation and revenue assurance would be useful
