The Fund Administrator - This position involves daily administration of fund structures under the direction of a Client Relationship Manager.
Key responsibilities include administering funds, managing companies, and liaising with clients and intermediaries. The candidate must also assist with company secretarial matters, maintain accurate investor records, prepare payment instructions, process routine fund operations, ensure timely regulatory and statutory fillings, assist with accounts distribution and filing, and support the induction, integration, and training of trainee staff.
The candidate should be studying towards a relevant professional qualification, have financial services experience, have computer literacy, and have good interpersonal skills to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients, and business contacts. In-house training for technical knowledge and professional qualifications is provided.
