Package- Circa £26,500 per annum + Temporary assignment until 31st December 2018 + 37.5 hours p/w + Shift - Monday- Friday , 08:00-22:00 on rotation + 5 years residency required.

Then this 08:00-22:00 hour (on rotation) temporary shift based vacancy could be the perfect role for you!Reporting to our Managed Service Team Manager Kieran Palmer, this role is responsible for receiving, categorising, logging and retaining ownership of our CI and global customer service incidents and service requests. The role is also responsible for managing and monitoring the service requests while ensuring they are passed on to the relevant resolving group. The role also acts as a contact point for our CI Global customers, raising incidents, dealing with customer queries all while making sure that SLA’s are adhered to and that high levels of customer service are maintained.

Essential Experience, Skills &Qualifications- Experience in front line customer services or contact centre operations within the IT Services or Telco industries
- Client communication skills and experience in managing expectations in relation to faults, problems / incidents
Desired Experience, Skills & Qualifications
- A basic understanding of IT & Networking communications Voice, Mobile and Data technology areas is desirable
- Foundation ITIL is desirable
