£42,000 First Year On Target EarningsThis exciting role offers the right person the opportunity to work in one of Jersey’s leading hospitality groups. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a broad range of experience in premium casual restaurants, possess excellent people management and IT skills and take flexible hands on approach to work. This role includes an very competitive salary and benefit package including generous discretionary bonus scheme and tips which we estimate will lead to first year on-target-earnings ("OTE") of £42,000.
Established in 1946, we are a growing, third-generation family-owned business with a team of over 180 that operates eight restaurants and cafés in Jersey and have plans to open further restaurants in Jersey and the UK including Jersey Crab Shack St Helier which is due to open in late 2017. The group also includes a fast expanding worldwide trade and online retail ceramics business. We have a factory in the UK and offices in Jersey and the USA that distribute our ceramics inspired by nature to trade and retail customers in 30 countries.
