Head of Compliance, Trust

Our Client, a very small but growing Trust Company, are now looking for a new Head of Compliance. This is an incredibly friendly office and, whilst this is a full time role, there is a great deal of flexibility with regard to when the hours are worked.

This is a standalone role and incorporates the Key Person positions of CO, MLRO and MLCO, as well as all the other duties expected in a role of this nature. You would be left to work under your own steam, reporting into the local Board. This role could also include a position on the Board for the right candidate, and this has the potential for equity in the business.

As an added bonus the business is based in the west of the island, so no more traffic problems. Unless you live in the east of course.
