We launched our three year strategy in November 2021 which outlines our vision to “To be a high performing regulator, building for the long-term success of Jersey”.
This role is critical to the successful delivery of that strategy and a positive Moneyval assessment in 2023. Strong engagement and clear communication will become ever more important as we continue to build the JFSC brand and embed new and amended regimes.
The role holder will closely support the new Director General to help the JFSC demonstrate a step change in the way we operate. The role is responsible for developing and delivering a progressive and comprehensive marketing and communications plan to a broad range of stakeholders across a breadth of channels including webinars, events, our website, plus traditional and social media. Also responsible for building the JFSC brand, including our employer brand proposition, the delivery of high quality reporting documents, and effective internal communications that support the needs of departments across the organisation.
