4Health Home Care is looking to recruit a motivated and dynamic individual to join our care team. We provide excellent pay and conditions of service for those committed and compassionate about caring for people at home. The successful candidate will have a compassionate and caring approach to care for people and be able to deliver person centered care at the highest level. Training and support is given with a full induction program. A  full job description available on request but the main duties include;
To work as a team to provide high quality, individualised care to service users their own homes, while safeguarding and promoting their welfare, choice and independence. To carry out tasks identified in the care plan to meet the service users needs maintaining their respect, dignity and privacy.
To maintain the highest standards of infection prevention and control, following policies and procedures  learnt during education and training sessions.
