Our client is looking for an HR Advisor with at least two years' generalist experience and knowledge of Jersey, Guernsey, IoM and the UK employment legislation. The successful applicant will be joining an experienced team of HR and L&D professionals and will be responsible for providing a visible and highly proactive HR service to both managers and other employees, providing confidential and impartial guidance on HR issues. They will ensure that HR information is entered and maintained accurately and provide administrative support to the team as required. They will also have responsibility for recruitment processes, inductions and probationary periods.
All applicants should hold an HR qualification, have experience in a fast paced environment and demonstrate professionalism in all dealings.
