Your new role

The HR and Training Administrator will support the Senior Human Resources Officer in the delivery of HR activities to internal clients and will own the training administration function. As HR and Training Administrator you will be responsible for delivering a high quality and effective administration service in adherence with HR Policies and Procedures, and across the employee life cycle, including training, payroll, recruitment, and onboarding.

What you’ll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you will need experience of working in a similar HR and or/Training administrative role. You should be pro-active and approachable, a good team player with effective communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters. The successful candidate will also have a willingness to learn and develop in this role.
