To act as a junior business partner and have full oversight of the HR lifecycle within allocated divisions. At all times, provide a reliable, supportive and proactive HR service to the business, ensuring other HR members are aware of their responsibilities regarding tasks to be completed, following up when matters need further attention so that tasks are completed to a high standard. Promote best practice in all matters and maintain high levels of confidentiality.

Applicants should have 4 years' relevant HR experience working within the financial services industry.
A good working knowledge of UK HR best practice is essential together with a strong working knowledge of Jersey Employment Law.
