We are looking for a dynamic, IT-literate, can-do HR Manager to join our 13-strong happy head office team based at 8 Beresford Street, St Helier. Responsibilities will include:♦ Delivering Group HR function for staff of 180 (Joiner and Leaver Process, Payroll and Incentives, Appraisals and Bonuses, Employee Relations, Training, Staff Rotas and Targets)♦ Managing and assisting in the implementation of new HR systems♦ Development of HR policies and procedures and maintenance of employee intranet♦ Working closely with Finance Director and management teamThe role is a key part of our entrepreneurial head office team that is driving the growth of our business . We work in a IT driven and digital environment using sophisticated ERP systems to support our manufacturing, distribution and hospitality businesses. Reporting to the Finance Director, the role offers great training, opportunities and rewards. A detailed job specification is available upon request. Salary up to £40,000 OTE depending on experience.
