This permanent and full-time role is with a globally connected, Jersey-based hedge-fund who deliver a diversified range of trading strategies.

Your new role

As HR Manager you will support the Head of HR in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned to the overall business strategy. The HR Manager will act as the point of contact for day-to-day HR matters, providing a professional and comprehensive HR service to the Company. You will be responsible for managing recruitment, resourcing, and talent management, providing an advisory and administrative service relating to employee engagement and relations, and managing compensation and benefits for multiple jurisdictions.

What you’ll need to succeed

The HR Manager will be people oriented and results driven, with a relevant HR qualification such as CIPD level 5 or equivalent, and educated to degree level or higher (or equivalent). You will need to have 5 years residency and previous HR experience within a financial services environment would be desirable. Knowledge of HR systems, databases and excel as well as demonstrable accuracy and attention to detail will ensure success in this role. It is essential you can have excellent English language verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.
