Responsible for the day-to-day running of the organisation's Human Resources Department. Including developing and implementing HR strategies to meet the objectives of the Roberts Garages Group. To develop HR policies and procedures to assist in the smooth running of the business and the development and performance of the staff. To provide professional support and advice on all HR matters to the business. To take responsibility for the organisation's payroll.
This positions works closely with both the Group Finance Director and the Group Managing Director
