An HR opportunity in an environment like no other.
We’re looking for two HR Officers to join our team, one will be on a temporary 12-month contract and the second will be permanent on a reduced hours contract.
We’re a small team of five, we’re fast paced and get involved in some really fun stuff and it’s safe to say there are very few organisations in the world that are as unique as an Airport and Harbour operation together. You’ll be totally immersed in a professionally challenging environment as we deliver our People strategy for over 370 employees in a fantastically diverse range of occupations. This year we are leading and delivering projects across reward, talent management, diversity, equity and inclusion, wellbeing, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
As well as supporting the delivery of our projects, you’ll be providing a comprehensive front-line support, advice and support service.
Ideally, we’re looking for someone with HR advisory experience, excellent organisation, prioritising, and IT skills and an eye for detail. And importantly a positive attitude, motivated, a team player and ready to get stuck in.
