Full Description
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our Head Office team to manage and administer our customer-facing systems across our restaurants, cafés, and ceramics businesses. Reporting to the Board of Directors, responsibilities include customer experience management, front office systems (including EPOS), digital marketing, business process optimisation, and change management. A high degree of computer literacy is required but this is not a technical IT role. Strong written and oral communication skills, a can-do attitude and willingness to embrace new challenges are essential in a small, entrepreneurial team. Equally we require someone with a strong eye for detail and ability to get the best out of our 200-strong team and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
