Human Resources Manager
Location: Jersey (Channel Islands)
Spoor & Fisher Jersey is a specialist intellectual property law firm,
passionate about client service and proud of its friendly working environment.
We have a vacancy for an experienced HR Manager to join our firm. Working
closely with our Chief Operating Officer, the successful candidate will take
responsibility for the provision of HR services to our staff (close to 100 in
total).
You will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle from recruitment,
absence management, performance management, reward & recognition, training
& development, and everything in between. A minimum of 2 years’ experience
in an HR managerial position is required, together with knowledge of local
employment legislation.
