We currently have an exciting Jersey based opportunity for an On-Island Financial Business Partner within a growing team.   The main responsibilities of this role are to provide financial analysis, insight and support for the On-Island Senior Management Team and Managing Director.   The successful candidate will drive and support the O-IMT in the budgeting, forecast and planning processes by ensuring forecasts are accurate and based on sound analysis.  Critique the inputs received and propose alternatives when appropriate.   You will work as part of the FP&A team, contribute to the budget process, providing analysis and reports, as well as helping to drive the process forward.   Candidates will ensure that the monthly management accounts accurately reflect the activity of the On-Island business unit.  Work with the O-IMT to determine the proper recognition of costs and revenues where judgement is required.   Ideal candidates will have experience of defining and then meeting reporting needs, business case development and budgeting.   Excellent data analysis skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex financial and business information to different stakeholders is a must.
