We require an ambitious and aspiring individual to join our team in the role of  Global IT Service Support Manager.

A global role, the successful individual will assist in executing the long term strategies of the support group by coordinating the effective delivery of 24/7 support globally. 

With sophisticated and tailored solutions, we employ a number of systems and therefore a solid understanding in several of the following would be preferential:  Microsoft Active Directory/Exchange administration, Server Virtualization and Thin Client technologies, service desk platforms, networking and storage technologies, Mitel telephony infrastructure and design.

As a global leader with responsibility for delivering the highest quality support services, the ability to ability to communicate complex technical ideas and solutions in plain language is essential.

Several years of experience managing a global service desk inclusive of management of service desk technicians would be an important requirement for this role.
