Our client is a well-established provider of fund, corporate and private client services across multiple jurisdictions and is looking for a Learning and Development Manager.  The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a proactive learning and development service to the whole Group, with their activities being aligned to and supporting the delivery of the Group strategy and business objectives. The successful candidate will have ownership of the design, development, and delivery of a high-quality global induction programme ensuring new starters have a consistent welcome and introduction the Company wherever they are located across the globe. They will be a learning and development subject matter expert and a conduit of interpretation, influence and information for learning and development good practice, legislation, regulatory requirement and policies across the Group.
