Our client is seeking an established Manager to join their award-winning Corporate Services team, primarily taking responsibility for day-to-day team management, but also playing a key part in Business Development activities.  As line manager and mentor to a busy, fast-paced team you will act as a role model and coach team members in their development, actively encouraging knowledge sharing across the team. You will oversee effective delegation, and ensure good relationships with all team members, whilst also providing technical support to the Corporate Administrators. The successful candidate will also actively participate in business development and commercial activity, which may include some travel to the UK. You'll contribute to the department's strategy for growth, and will take responsibility (as part of the team) for achieving budgeted revenue each year, looking for ways to increase the book of business.  Candidates need to have proven management experience (people and technical), and have experience within a regulated financial services environment.  Previous BD experience or a keen desire to participate in BD/commercial activity is a must, along with knowledge of local legislation and corporate governance practice.
