Purpose of the role:
Responsibility for a team of administrators servicing a portfolio of Private Equity Collective Investment Funds and related structures.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing and coordinating the general day to day administration of the team. Development of staff and maintaining good relationships with clients.
Conducting staff appraisals, completion of appraisal and job description forms and other related documentation. Following up on matters raised at appraisal.
Review of work carried out by the team, including client and investor correspondence and banking instructions.
Act as a signatory in respect of client affairs including the authorisation of payments made over client bank accounts.
Skills required:
Hold or working towards a relevant qualification.
Individuals will be required to confidently liaise with clients on a day-to-day basis.
They will possess an ability to disseminate information and respond quickly.
