We are looking for a funds lawyer or professional from a legal background with experience at a senior level in a funds environment. You will be working within our Authorisation team assessing and approving all regulatory permissions for FSB’s, TCB’s, all types of Funds, Key and Principle persons in respect to any regulated activity in Jersey. This senior post presents complex and technically challenging assessments requiring a detailed working knowledge of FSJ(L), CIF, AIFMD, CoBO and regulatory frameworks . The grade for this role will be dependent on experience, consideration will also be given to qualified accountants with experience in the FSB and Funds arena.
