Using a wide variety of resources and taking full responsibility of multiple social media platforms, you will be a creative thinker with digital design experience and be an excellent communicator.
What you’ll be doing:
As Marketing Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include the following:
Assist with the implementation of the sales and marketing plan throughout the year
Work closely with the Group Operations team to develop and implement a plan for all F&B promotions and events throughout the year
Assist the Hotel Operations team to create menus, signage and advertising material
Assist in management of existing websites and manage all social media platforms.
Work closely with our digital agency on content management, scheduling blogs, managing relevant social media accounts, reviewing analytics and remarketing reports.
Build and maintain relationships with new & existing marketing, advertising and PR agencies and take advantage of any on and off Island opportunities.
Developing, creating and managing digital marketing campaigns.
Creating and writing newsletters to target overseas and local database
Ensuring the regular update of the CRM and analysing results in order to gain maximum ROI.
What we’d like from you:
You will have proven experience gained in a Marketing environment
Proven experience of managing multiple social media channels
You’ll be a creative thinker, ideally with digital design experience
Excellent writing skills are a prerequisite as you will frequently have to write copy for marketing content and promotions and manage relationships with agencies and third parties
Project management skills: You will have to work with a budget, meet deadlines for multiple projects and ensure ROI on marketing campaigns.
Have exemplary attention to detail and are able to work at pace and adapt to changing priorities.
You will have excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task.
