Full Description

You will provide our existing and prospective clients with independent mortgage advice, helping them to secure the best mortgage solution for their needs.
Conducting in-depth meetings with clients to fully understand their personal circumstances, enabling you to recommend and present mortgage solutions to best suit their needs, within a controlled framework.
You will proactively manage the client experience from their first meeting to receipt of their keys, to ensure they receive an exceptional service.
Experience working in a mortgage advisory role, preferably with local mortgage and regulatory knowledge is preferred. Ideally holding CeMAP or an equivalent qualification, although we are open to consider someone who is still on the path to gaining this.
Good knowledge of Office 365, Word, Excel and Outlook, with excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.
