We are looking for an experienced Tier 2 Network Technician within the Channel Islands Technical Centre. You will be primarily responsible for providing in-life customer support activities such as remote technical support and maintenance, for our Enterprise customer data solutions e.g. LAN, WAN & Wi-Fi.
Our technicians receive, manage and progress to resolution, customer Cases/Incidents relating to both planned and remedial activities to ensure Service Level Agreements are met on customer solutions such as Cisco, Meraki and Fortinet; doing so in a self-driven way, largely managing own time and demonstrating flexibility to meet priorities.
