Full Description

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements, helping to identify initiatives to improve internal business operations processes, reporting on Key performance indicators and data analytics that drive performance of each service line in the Fiduciary business 

Key Responsibilities 
  • Collaborate on the development and implementation of policies and standard operating procedures for the company
  • Assist the Operations team (globally) with gathering, identifying and analysing business requirements
  • Assist with the continued support of initiatives and policies to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations to improve operational efficiency and control risk
  • Deliver business process and data analysis
  • Help manage the roll out of change e.g. new regulatory operations processes in a controlled manner using dashboard solution software
  • Help manage the client servicing portal whilst maintaining a level of attention to detail
  • Support managing teams on data integrity
  • Supporting the Ogier 'One Best Way' ethos across the team through rigorous process analysis to drive alignment and consistency
  • Contribute towards the business as a whole in identifying process improvements, improvements in policies and procedures and any other service innovation changes that would improve the client experience
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and internal policies and procedures, including those related to the prevention of anti-money laundering and terrorist financing, reporting of suspicious activity or transactions, client due diligence and record keeping
  • Produce management reports as required
  • Management of a positive relationship with the other teams globally 
Skills Knowledge & Expertise
  • At least 2 years' experience with ViewPoint or a similar Entity Administration system
  • Preferable experience with SQL and HTML5 code
  • Preferable experience with data analysing and reporting software e.g. Microsoft PowerBI
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and influence accordingly
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a demanding environment 
  • Excellent IT and organisational skills
  • High level of attention to detail with excellent business analysis and ability to interpret data to further business objectives
