A unique senior level opportunity has arisen within our client's Treasury department, as an Operations Manager, on a permanent basis. You will manage all day to day operational elements of the department, ensuring consistency in operational process and delivery, ensuring harmony between the Dealing and Support teams and service providers. The ideal candidate will understand the day to day operational running of a dealing and treasury function, and have experience of working in a client focused and operational environment. Proven experience in leading a team, reviewing processes, implementing solutions and project managing change are all highly desirable requirements. In addition, an excellent understanding of and appreciation for the regulatory environment and the ability to business forecast to assist with the budget process is essential.
