Salary range £14 - £20 / hour according to experience Hours range 16 – 20 hours /week ideally over 4 days, Monday to Friday.  The office is open 8-5 pm.First Actuary was established in 2012 as a sole trader providing consulting support on corporate pension schemes.  An opportunity has arisen for a reliable and numerate support person to assist with the analysis and reporting functions, as well as providing more routine day to day administrative support.  The role offers a flexible part time hours’ opportunity for someone able to work without close supervision. You should have proven finance/accounting experience within an office environment, ideally with a qualification to prove your ability to analyse numbers and a calm, open and organised approach to office administration and providing friendly and professional client service.  A job description pack is available from careers@firstactuary.co.uk  Please send your CV with a cover letter to explain your interest in the role and a brief example of a prior work situation where you have used your numerical skills to solve a problem or improve a process so I can understand your personal approach to process and numbers! Interviews planned for Monday 19 / Tuesday 20 June. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and complete a short numeracy test (not harder than intermediate SUDOKU) at our offices. Start date:  it is envisaged that the successful candidate can start work in early July but there is flexibility with the possibility of a delayed start until as late as September depending on family or other commitments.
