At The Medical Cannabis Clinics we offer the UK & Channel Islands' leading cannabis-based therapy and care for patients suffering from chronic pain, neurological and psychiatric conditions. We ensure that patients with unmet medical needs are able to access safe and effective medical cannabis therapies.

The Role

Our world is constantly evolving and we are looking for a dynamic, agile Patient Coordinator to bolster our growing practice team in Jersey. The role of the Patient Coordinator is diverse and includes;

• Converting leads into bookings
• Managing patients through the journey to ensure bookings complete
• Dealing with patient queries
• Liaise with doctors
• Liaise with Senior Management
• May include shift work

Who you are?

We’d ideally love this individual to have;

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to define a business process
• Previous clinical experience (ideal)
• Previous PMS experience
• Be tech savvy
• Be a problem solver
• Curiosity to think outside the box!
• 2 - 3 years experience

The role is for a full time position however we may be open to discussions about a part time role for the right candidate.
