Purpose of the role:
This role will suit an individual looking to be part of a high performing Client Services team with a range of different office administration responsibilities to support and enable the Client Services team, and Private Wealth more widely, deliver excellent client service.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting Private Wealth on all aspects of general office administration
To assist with the delivery of internal projects as required
To collaborate with the technology team in connection with the roll-out of AI processes
To contribute to the effective delivery of the Records Management process
Professional and effective communication with all across the Group and externally as required

Proficiency with NavOne and iManage platforms plus MS Office apps
