Part-time of full-time position

Viberts is dedicated to providing outstanding legal advice and customer service. Due to continued expansion in our probate department, we are looking for a legal assistant to join our probate team in personal law. 

The successful candidate will have:

• At least one years’ experience in dealing with probate and estates;
• A professional approach and excellent communication skills;
• The ability to handle sensitive matters with empathy and compassion;
• An enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn;
• A strong work ethic and be a team player.

Additional skills:
Viberts provides legal services to a range of clients where English is not their first language. Ideally we would be looking for someone who can speak Polish to support the needs of our clients with their matters.
