JT is actively seeking creative, innovative, team-oriented, agile and talented individuals who are passionate about our brand and its ongoing mission to become the partner of choice for global telecoms innovation.We currently have an exciting Jersey based opportunity for an 18 month period within our Portfolio Management Office (PMO).This is an exciting time to join JT as a as this role is focused on leading and implementing key digitization across the business.The successful candidate will undertake the management of the automation projects and the requirements, ensuring successful project delivery within the agreed Change Governance process. The candidate will work closely with the Service Design team to ensure alignment and delivery of the project benefits.Your duties will be wide ranging, but ultimately you will be responsible for:

Manage and plan all elements of project delivery, including budget, time, requirements, scope, testing completion and quality in accordance with the JT Change Framework and Governance process. Maintain project grip and clarity at all times.
Engage with the stakeholders, especially Sponsor, and business units.
Define, agree and align plans with relevant stakeholders.
Proactively monitor and track changes and deviations from, and risks to the agreed Business Case deliverables (including budget, time, scope and quality). Where required devise contingency/ resolution plans and create Change Requests where necessary.
Manage project resources to ensure timely completion of tasks and delivery; escalate resource contention where appropriate.
Create and maintain project approval documentation and relevant project controls.
Plan and monitor the project progress, formally updating the Sponsor and stakeholders
Update and maintain the budget information including budget to actuals
Elicit, validate and document functional and non-functional business requirements, to the required standard using appropriate documentation and modelling techniques
Work with the technical lead to enable requirements to be effectively translated into technical solutions
Identify steps in the process where changes and/or procedural changes are required to provide an end-to-end solution

Everyone in our Project Management team has a proactive approach to work, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver to deadlines.Qualifications If you join us as a Project Manager/Business Analyst, we would want you to have:

A wide-ranging and in-depth knowledge of technology both directly and indirectly related to the telecommunications / IT industry. Able to rapidly assimilate knowledge of new technologies.
First-hand experience and knowledge of project delivery. Formal Project Delivery Accreditations (such as Prince2, APM, etc.) preferred
Experience in a business analysis role, ideally with telco experience
Able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders in order to truly understand the underlying needs of the business.
Ability to build successful project teams, covering resources spread across the business without direct line management responsibility
