A Jersey based financial adviser providing pensions, investments, protection and mortgage services, is looking to recruit a compliance manager, who will also act as the MLRO and MLCO. This is a local company dealing almost 100% with local residents, therefore lower risk based. The post holder will ensure that the business taken on is compliant and follows policies and procedures and will also be involved in development of corporate governance. Ideally the role will be part-time, but full-time candidates will be considered as well.
We can only accept candidates who hold a local residential qualification or have lived in Jersey continuously for at least last 5 years.
