Full Description
We have a new opportunity for a highly organised individual to join our busy HR team to provide end-to-end recruitment support. Principal duties will include:
- Liaising with agencies and candidates regarding live vacancies
- Liaising with hiring managers to arrange interviews
- Moving candidates through the various pipelines within our recruitment system
- Building quality relationships with our various hiring managers and agencies
- Arranging employee testing
- Adding new vacancies to our social media and job portals
- Representing Carey Olsen at job fairs and career events
- Working with hiring managers to create and upkeep job statements
- Reviewing and processing invoices for payment
- Carrying out administration tasks involved in the various student schemes and training programmes we offer
- Sending out employment offers to successful candidates
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role, have excellent oral and written communication skills including a strong attention to detail. Although previous recruitment experience would be an advantage it is not essential as training will be provided.
