Capvis is one of the leading private equity firms in Europe with a focus on majority investments in mid-market companies also with a focus on Global Niche Market Leaders and Regional Champions.This role is to work as part of the Jersey team providing equity fund valuation and accounting services to private equity funds and underlying private equity fund vehicles ensuring that they are fully compliant with fund documentation, legal, regulatory requirements and accounting standards to which they are subject. Ensuring that the provision of fund accounting services are aligned with the clients SLA's, all internal and external deadlines are understood and met and all operational policies, procedures, tasks and action trackers are managed and maintained. Excellent salary and package offered to the right candidate.  

As an important member of a highly dedicated small team of Capvis Jersey professionals, you will be providing full private equity fund accounting and reporting services to a portfolio of Capvis Private Equity Funds that invest directly in companies throughout the industrial corridor of Europe, it’s associated General Partners and other structures. 

Ensuring that the services are fully compliant with fund documentation, legal requirements, and accounting standards to which they are subject, all internal and external deadlines are understood and met, all operational policies, procedures and tasks are managed and maintained.
